[SUWANEE, GA, March 23, 2020] – Evermark, LLC, stair parts manufacturer, as well as manufacturer and supplier of doors, door frames, and door jambs, recently announced they would be acquiring the inventory of Jones Stephens’ hinge and hardware product division. Additionally, Evermark will begin operations to service their former customers after April 1, 2020.
Based out of Moody, AL, Jones Stephens is a premier distributor of plumbing and hardware products, with a well-established brand name in the industry. For more than twenty-five years, Jones Stephens has provided the broadest and deepest selection of plumbing and hardware products in a multitude of categories.
Jones Stephens made the decision to exit the hinge and hardware business to focus more attention on their core plumbing business.
In late February, stair part supplier Evermark approached Jones Stephens about acquiring the inventory and integrating the hinge and hardware business with its other building materials product offering.
Based out of Suwanee, GA, with factories in the US and Asia, Evermark has long-been known as a formidable leader in the manufacturing and distribution of stair components, wood doors, door frames, door accessories, and home renovation solutions.
CEO of Evermark, George Liu, saw the addition of this category to the Evermark product offering as a great opportunity to more comprehensively serve the needs of the company’s customers. On April 1, 2020, Evermark will begin integrating the inventory of these products into the company’s Suwanee location and will proudly continue to serve the Jones Stephens customers for these lines from the Evermark home office distribution center.
